Overview
We want you to love what you ordered. Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Eligibility
Because our products are handmade and include personal care items, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Returns are only considered if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:
Personal care and hygiene products are once delivered
Custom or made-to-order items
Items reported outside the 14-day window
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at dfradette1@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the item and the packaging showing the issue
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we confirm the issue.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again
Contact your card provider, as posting times can vary
Contact your bank, as processing may take additional time

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items follow the same policy above. If a sale item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it if available or refund it.
Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift, contact us at dfradette1@outlook.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue based on the details of the purchase.
