Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns: Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please email us at dfradette1@outlook.com with a photo of the issue and your order number within 14 days. We’ll gladly replace or refund damaged or incorrect items.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we confirm the issue.

• Custom Items: All custom or made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
