Order Processing

At The Village Homestead, we process orders within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled on the next business day. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options where possible.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We ship throughout Canada and the United States.

• Canada: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over C$159 ship free anywhere in Canada.

• United States: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders under C$159. For orders over C$159, U.S. customers pay a flat fee of C$20.
  This fee helps offset higher cross-border shipping costs. Duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time-frames

Orders are typically delivered within five to ten business days depending on your location and the courier service used. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to the United States and other countries. All international buyers are responsible for covering any shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These charges are separate from our product prices and are payable directly by the customer. Delivery timeframes for international shipments may vary depending on the destination and the customs process in your country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and the items received. In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, we will open an investigation with the courier; please allow time for their claims process to be completed.
